Medical Robotics in Future Operating theatres is an inspiring image of the future, created for a research paper published on Autonomous Knee Arthroscopy for Dr. Anjali Jaiprakash at the Queensland University of Technology.
The brief was to visualise a positive future where precise surgery could be primarily undertaken by autonomous vision robotics, drastically improving the outcomes of surgical intervention. The 3D scene was built in SketchUp and Blender, with components simulated in Marvelous Designer. The final composition was rendered in Blender with Cycles.
